DEPARTMENT

The services consists in updating and management of the records of individual employees, such as hiring, layoffs, vacations, granting benefits, warnings and suspensions, salary updates, registration data, control of validity of ASO( Certificate of Occupational Health) ; preparation of the monthly payroll according to the Consolidation of Labor Laws - CLT, preparation of paychecks, elaboration of documents for the admission and dismissal of employees, observing legal and union´s agreements; calculation of severance pay and assistance for routine tasks related to the termination of employees; may approve terminations of employment contracts into the organs of Union and the Ministry of Labor and Employment - MTE, preparation of guides of retention´s taxes of income withholding, Social Security, FGTS, Social Contribution and Union´s Contribution , labor routines and control of compliance of ancillary obligations, as legislation force, RAIS, DIRF, SEFIP, CAGED; previous sheet, elaboration of reports and everything related to the management of the Personnel Department.

LOGISTICS

Preparation and coordination of logistical planning of crew members of vessels through Offshore Logistics of Personnel: Purchase of road and air tickets , booking of accommodation at hotels; Coordination and scheduling of movement of seafarers, as also, embarkation and disembarkation;

» Assistance to seafarers on relevant matters;
» ON / OFF control
» Documentation control and maritime qualification according to STCW/78/95;
» Issuance of Passport;
» Endorsement of Flags;
» Completing data SISPAT;
» Provide Protective Equipment (E.P.I);
» Support in the preparation of the composition of wages of seafarers (SB, etapa, Ins / Per, Not Ad. Gratifications, etc..);
» Support for preparation of PPRA and PCMSO;
